Product Exchange
If an issue arises with any product after delivery, customers may contact us within 14 days for evaluation. Depending on the assessment, we will provide appropriate guidance or arrange for return and quality inspection.
Price Differences
If there is a price variance, the customer either pays the difference or receives a refund of the balance amount.
Return Policy
Return Conditions
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. Custom-made items and consumable products (such as coffee or beverages) are non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
Ground products are also non-returnable due to customization preferences.
Procedures
Return requests must be sent via WhatsApp or email, including the order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. We will confirm receipt and guide you through the process.
Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refunded amount.
