Return Policy
Return Conditions
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. Custom-made items and consumable products (such as coffee or beverages) are non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
Ground products are also non-returnable due to customization preferences.
Procedures
Return requests must be sent via WhatsApp or email, including the order number, the product name, and the reason for the return. We will confirm receipt and guide you through the process.
Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Store Policy
Operating Days
Our business hours are Saturday to Thursday. Official public holidays and the first three days of Eid holidays are non-working days and are excluded from delivery calculations.

Orders and Cancellations
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation is allowed only through the website before order processing begins. After shipping preparation has started or a label has been generated, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.
Addresses
Customers must ensure accurate address information, including name, street, building or house number, area, and notable landmarks. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery or additional shipping fees.
Purchase Policy
Pre-Purchase Review
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and conditions carefully before confirming payment.
Post-Purchase
After order confirmation, modifications or exchanges cannot be made unless the website cancellation option is used before processing begins.
Customer Notes
Customers may write special notes with their order; while we strive to meet these requests, they are not guaranteed commitments.
Exchange Policy
Product Exchange
If an issue arises with any product after delivery, customers may contact us within 14 days for evaluation. Depending on the assessment, we will provide appropriate guidance or arrange for return and quality inspection.
Price Differences
If there is a price variance, the customer either pays the difference or receives a refund of the balance amount.
Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery within Oman ranges from 2–10 business days depending on location and courier.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are approximate and may extend based on logistics or customs delays. AlSawam Gallery is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unreachable addresses.
Tracking
Customers are provided with tracking details to monitor their shipments directly through the courier’s system.
Return Due to Incorrect Address
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address data, the customer will bear the associated resend and return shipping costs.
